Our Story
Good Fish Outdoors Guide Service was created out of a deep passion for sharing the thrill of fishing with everyone! Time and again, we hear comments like "fishing is boring" or "I have no clue where to start," and want to change that! Whether you're a beginner or have a little one eager to fish, we are here to make your time on the water both fun and educational.
I (Capt. Josh) was lucky enough to be introduced to fishing by father at a young age, and that sparked a lifelong love for the all types of fishing. Growing up fishing in the beautiful lakes ponds, and streams of NY fueled my passion, and after nearly 20 years of living and fishing in Maryland, I've gained invaluable experience exploring the vast opportunities in streams, reservoirs, rivers, and the stunning Chesapeake Bay!
Meet the Captain
Captain Josh holds a USCG Captain's license. He is a seasoned angler with a deep understanding of the local waters. His expertise and friendly demeanor make him the perfect guide for anglers of all skill levels.
His passion for conservation of our natural resource shows every time he hits the water. When he is not fishing he also volunteers his boat and time with the Severn River Association and Operation Osprey. He is also very involved in the local Annapolis chapter of Coastal Conservation Association.
