Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations & Deposits No Deposit is required. However, full payment is due at the time of trip departure. 2. Cancellation Policy While we do not require a deposit, we ask an cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the departure time. 3. Weather Policy The captain has the sole authority to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. If canceled due to weather, you may reschedule and you will no be charged. We fish rain or shine, but high winds or rough seas may result in cancellation for safety. 4. Arrival & Departure Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip or cancellation without refund. 5. What’s Included All fishing charters include: Fishing license Licensed captain Rods, reels, bait, and tackle Ice, cooler, and fish cleaning Required safety equipment and life vests 6. What to Bring Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, appropriate clothing Food, drinks (no glass containers), and motion sickness medication if needed 7. Alcohol & Drug Policy Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Excessive drinking will not be tolerated. No illegal drugs allowed on board. Violation will result in immediate trip termination. 8. Liability Waiver All passengers are required to sign a waiver prior to boarding.
